With over 15 years experience in corporate leadership and as a non-executive director, I have worked in corporate governance, programme management, business planning, organisational change and change management. I have led engineering, planning, sustainability and strategy functions.
I specialise in supporting leaders and teams to grow in collaboration, confidence, building goals and developing and leveraging relationships.

Women in Leadership
Despite irrefutable evidence that diversity in decision-making in all walks of life leads to significantly better outcomes, women are still a minority in science, engineering and in the board room.
I started my career as an engineer and have worked in some extremely challenging environments, often being the only woman in the team.
I work with women to help them realise their ambitions and bring their authentic self without needing to “maleify” themselves.
Sustainability
Having spent 15 years of my career specialising in sustainability and environmental protection, I have significant experience of helping businesses reduce their negative impact on their environment and the climate.
I have also seen how organisations who fully embrace sustainability can have a genuine positive impact, not only on the environment, but on their financial bottom line, reputation, and business growth.
The climate and our natural environment form the ecological and economic system in which we live, work and do business. I firmly believe that we cannot talk about leadership and business sustainability without talking about the sustainability of the systems in which we operate.
